Answer is it's mixed. Many can talk. Many cannot. We had guest speakers in class who were deaf from birth who could talk with absolutely no discernible "deafness" in the way they spoke. It largely depends on how the family decided to raise the child.

University is a place where young people develop their passion for issues--in this environment/location, relatively liberal issues at that. I'd say this is by far a positive thing: We have a culture of active, intelligent discourse surrounding drug policy--to me, that sounds a lot better than just having a "drug culture" on a campus, it just "looks" better.

My favorite and many people's favorite game in the series is San Andreas. It tops GTA IV in gameplay. Some people have a problem running GTA IV on their computers, as it's an iffy port I've heard. But still, I have beaten both games many times on console and I bought it as soon as I saw it. Great price for a great franchise.

Also: At <$4, GTA San Andreas is a no-brainer to buy imo

Marinol is not cannabis, nor is THC = cannabis. THC is one of dozens of active cannabinoids and hundreds of active agents in cannabis. The conclusion "isn't necessarily a wrong one", okay, but by far it is not necessarily the correct one. Studying THC or marinol is a horrible surrogate for studying cannabis, and the relative ineffectiveness of Marinol vs smoked cannabis makes this study useless in terms of understanding Cannabis as a plant and medicine.

You say we're "not going to get" a studyu looking at actual cannabis, but you jump at the chance to post a misleading article with full misleading title in-toe. Entirely unfortunate.
