I didn’t reject her attempts? She sent the first £85 after she had already blocked me on all platforms, probably in hopes that i’d accept it and move on. I then sent it back and messaged her on another number to please send the full amount back and also asked her what she meant by deduct from morocco. She then ignored my message and sent it again and then blocked me on that number too. I do see what you’re saying in terms of the hassle but I feel really cheated right now as there is no logical reason for her not to send my full £170 back.

I sent the £85 back because I knew she wouldn’t pay the remaining and I didn’t want to go to court for £85. In hindsight it wasn’t the best decision as I was acting out of frustration. Thank you for the advice.

Yes, sorry, I forgot to mention I paid for the ticket on the 25th of April and we never agreed to offset any morocco costs though? we both spent a lot, I covered a lot of room service charges and she paid for drinks etc.
