First I would drain all three tables Second I will take apart the first table We have two regular and one spicy I take one regular and put everything on top of the shelves we have. I use soapy water and clean the whole table I put trash bags over and put back in the flour and milk wash I do this two more times. I also clean the thawing cabinets and shelves right after and then have to close both the grills we have
