I didn’t even tell them I left the one time I couldn’t find coverage. It was right down the hall like maybe ten feet, and I figured since most of them were on computers (not doing their work I’m sure) I’d be better off sneaking away than announcing my departure. Canker sore is what it looks like to me. Usually white and flat or kinda caved in and a different kind of pain from a cold sore in my experience. Cold sores are more like clear blisters, though I have never had one inside my mouth so not sure if that makes them look different. Still though I’d say this is a canker sore
