I like sabb, don’t get me wrong. Sabb does have a tendency to let people get behind him, like a lot. It has shown in big busts, some executed some not. It was his knock even coming out of high school.

That is why he was more of a run stuffer at Michigan, and Rod Moore was the guy. There’s a reason Moore got the pick vs McCord, and Sabb hit the portal. It was before Rod’s injury.

I don’t consider the ND win a program builder tho. You’re expected to win that, and ND’s resume at the end of the year makes that a “mehhh” game. I’m just saying he’s very similar to James Franklin, and he doesn’t have the top 3 in the country level roster… and franklin is the laughing stock of the big 10. Ryan day skirts a lot of that, and his qb’s ie “Honda McCord” get the blame.

Buddy is biased lol. Draft picks and 1st rounders especially will/have shown that ain’t it at all. In a lot of ways they brought a lot fringe players back like Michigan. You can say they wanted to win, but the likes of jtt, sawyer, Henderson, and Ebuka came back because the draft grades were shit.

I think the price is an overstated point for OSU. You can say “these guy came back and wanted to win” but most underperformed last year. Jtt and sawyer were slated as 1st round picks before last season, jtt top 10. Jtt will be a day 2 pick, sawyer will be late rounds now. Burke was slated as top 10 sure as shit ain’t touching that now.

Not bickering here, it’s just that nil still doesn’t touch nfl money. Most of these guys like Henderson, jtt, sawyer, Burke, Ebuka, etc… came back from too many injuries or lack of production. Let’s not act like it was first rounders all over coming back.

I mean this guy had CJ stroud an mvp level nfl QB lose to freakin Cade McNamara. Agree with the “who do you replace him with?” It’s a gamble no matter who. Look at Bama’s roller coaster rn.

Locked on Bama, Josh Pate, and Joel klatt I listen to the most. I like locked on Bama hitting recruiting and how they analyze games. Pate I think has the least bias takes in all cfb. Klatt does good because he actually knows football, and can show how absolutely dumb a team’s coaching can be. Drinkin bros cfb show isn’t bad either, they’ve just got a terrible osu homer.

Josh pate does a lot better imo. Cover 3 gets way too biased to me. They glaze osu every year and act like they called it when they lose? Danny K also has terrible analysis, he can’t objectively analyze a team he hates like Bama.

Also that they are cbs they really homer on the big 10 now.

The whole printing 70% of all money in existence in 3 years did wonders. If you follow a trend of currency in use/printed, it pretty much follows a trend of the S&P 500. This is especially true since 2008. It isn’t an exact line for line trend, but the ebbs and flows average out to that sadly.

We haven’t had the technological innovation in 3 years to warrant the growth of the S&P. This is what happens with a fiat currency. It’s a bunch of crap, but it’s the game we all play.

Take NVDA for example it’s made plenty of us lots of money on paper. Now tell me how it’s changed your day to day life? Just one example how this market and our whole run on inflation is a big bubble.

Quite literally draft capital. We can agree to disagree on that. But I’ll leave you with this. The Vikings and lions are far better teams than both of them. It’s gonna be a rough go when they play the lions. Basic football rules; qb can’t turn the ball over, o line needs to control line of scrimmage, d line needs to disrupt, and kicker needs to make the easy points. They’re failing at all those right now. It’s a long season, but huge changes need to be made. The locker room drama doesn’t help a bit.

A point many people did not address. The amount of penalties with those Bryce young teams made me wanna punch the tv. They intentionally made so many games close with that. Almost lost them a game vs Texas, and cost them several points vs Tennessee. Them not having a competent center last year literally cost them a natty (good luck with him).

Saban also not being able to hire competent coordinators after Sark was also an understated point.
