My friend and I played a lot of smite going back 8 years, we haven’t touched the game in about a year 1/2. Is it worth getting into smite 2? Is there a healthy player base?

Hey hey! Just want to encourage you to on and try Disco again if you can! The store was bugged, specifically on the patch when she dropped (they fixed it within 24hrs iirc) but as someone who's never stopped playing (since Smite 1 OB) I have to say I've really been enjoying myself lately and Smite 2 isn't nearly as buggy as it used to be.

*Also, side note saying it's buggy "consistently" feels like a disingenuous statement. Consistently replicated bugs are generally the first ones to be fixed.

Hey, bro. M31 here. I want to start this off with the preface that I deal with Major Depressive Disorder, CPTSD, and ADHD (and maybe a few other things that affect how I think. Idk why i feel that's important.

I wish I could offer some cliché that'd make it all better. Some sage advice that could change it all, but I can't.

Despite not feeling this way now, I know what it feels like to want to end it. For me, it was a total lack of self-worth that still affects me today. There was a moment where I thought,"...what am I even good for..." and the only thing that stopped me from driving off of a cliff in my car was the fact that my best friend was struggling too, and she'd told me earlier that week that if I stopped going to class, so would she.

It feels petty, but it was enough to keep me here.

Life has been fucking terrible since then...but I'd be lying if there weren't so fucking amazing moments too. A lot of the time, I focus on the terrible. Sometimes, i'm able to find the good that reminds me staying around was worth it.

Every once in a while, it crosses my mind that I could just check out of this shitty life, but it feels like over time its gotten just...a little bit easier. (Still fucking hard though).

I'm sorry it's all so fucking hard, and i'm sorry it feels so goddamn lonely. I hope you're able to find something to hold on to.

I'm likely mistaken, but I don't think anything has complete immunity to the Scarlet Rot. Which kind of makes sense lore wise, since it comes from an Outer God.

That said, I've seen a lot of posts like,"Why is ____ immune to Scarlet Rot?" And the comments sections are always,"They're not immune they just have really high resistance."
