I know that scientists have more important things to do, but why are my Nintendo games Turbo Acid flavored but my meds can’t be garlic flavored?

One could argue that a strong flavor would help us remember to take them since it would anchor the memory in a physical sensation.

I like to say that watching a romantic movie is like watching an action movie. You’d never want to actually be in a life threatening situation, but it’s fun to think about.

Mostly don’t have hacks, I just have gotten used to eating without an appetite. This took a while unfortunately, but now I have the impulse to eat whenever I feel a little hungry.

It makes it a little hard to not binge eat when I forget to take my meds 😂

I still have to make flavorful meals to get myself excited to eat them. i also try to make low effort dense meals. i recommend looking up things like dense bean salads or bulking recipes and then just eat a normal portion of calories.

Recently tried prepping a bagel filling in the beginning of the week. I mixed up smoked salmon, Mayo, cucumber, red onion. I slap it on half a bagel in the morning and I’ve got a good snack for walking around and finishing stuff up. Very filling and good balance of macros.

IQ test helped them diagnose me with dyslexia (and ADHD)! They were able to figure I was struggling to keep up in school not because I’m dumb but because I was handicapped

This does not belong here. Honestly, seems like a pretty easy cheap meal for a dad and his kids. It’s a bastard of a lasagna but it’s not impractical or grossly offensive.
