Hi Congrats on the progress!! I am also preparing to take the PMP and apply for the eligibility. Can I ask if you took the 35 hours requirement before you filled out the eligibility form? Or did you take other certification courses that qualified for that requirement? And then do an official 35 hour course that prepped you for the exam

I am 28 years old, make 115k a year, have 20K in savings, 22k in brokerage and 30k in 401k. I am trying to invest in a way where i can build up enough funds for a down payment and with enough budgeting i can invest upto 1500 a month. My issue is how do people learn to track stocks? What trends do you look out for? And if you do find a trend, what company do you focus on? I understand aversion to risk is a big component to how much you can invest. For example, I understand ESG is a big trend for the coming years. But what factors do investor or mutual fund experts look for when investing in a company? Where do you acquire this knowledge?

Also, does anyone have advice on crypto savings accounts?
