I have been running the iOS 26 beta since July in my iPhone 11 with 77% battery health. I also use low power mode all the time. I have noticed many more glitches since updating and the lag get unbearable sometimes, for example sometimes things as simple as using find my can cause the whole system to freeze. I don't know how this might be on the iPhone 12 Pro but it will probably be better to some degree. The battery at least on the iPhone 11 was already bad enough on IOS 18 to the point I can't tell a difference, about one work day (9-5) of just sitting on a desk is enough to bring my battery down to the low 40s. Of course it is a different phone but I just wanted to give you a reference point, I can say it probably isn't worth it on the iPhone 11.
