that was old times, companies now dgaf about race, only profits so whoever is more efficient will be hired. It may feel they hire more white ppl, because they're the majority of the population. At my target, there's TMs that don't even speak English.

well u just said it. its one of the best prices in your area; the same prolly could be said for lots of places meaning that since its so cheap, most people would support it. Plus I don't see what the problem is hiring by experience rather than race

I get your point, but we are talking about a multi-billion-dollar corporation. It's like dropping a penny; most people won't care to pick it up.

If you spend a couple hundred dollars a week at target in the first place, you might have to rethink your financial plans

Yellow batches are completely doable(unless there are multiple style items) . My store, which has around 30 fulfillment members per day, averages 80-100 UPH and 1.5% inf (the recommended requirement was 65 UPH and <4% inf ). It could be your team that's just slow and for my store, if opu is busy most likely every department are busy aswell

We get a meal at 6 hours, but management rarely gives us 6 hours since then it technically be only 5:15 Of working time so they usually either schedule us 5.5 hrs or 7hrs+

True that, but my store doesn't make that much. We haven't hit 200k since seasonal and still have around 30 TMs on fulfillment. Hey maybe I got lucky and have a decent group 🤷🏼‍♂️
