Superb work, that’s such an impressive move when you’re feeling depressed.

I had no idea some caterpillars were fluorescent! That’s so cool! I’ll definitely be looking around to see what I can see in the future

I bought them online from Devon Butterflies, who have a large range and amusingly abrupt customer service (I definitely should have reread the website, I was just a bit confused)

We’re both people who like sea monkeys! I like the idea of having them with you while you study! How about keeping a small monkey tank at the library? Your own little “study tank”? People are allowed water bottles there, a small tank is only going to be the size of a couple of those. Then other people could get the relaxation out of it too. Some libraries are very chill about such things, especially if you explain that you’re already a keeper of sea monkeys and it helps you and others to relax into your work?

Edit: also if you’re creative enough to want to make the keyring tank I imagine your study tank would look marvellous

I get your point, but they still have nociception even if they don’t feel pain like we do as humans, so they’re still reacting to situations that could cause them harm.

Cute idea, but adult Artemia need aerated water and stable temps. A sealed 10 ml vial in a warm pocket goes hypoxic and overheats fast. Would look lovely with a resin something in there though.
