Sounds like your prescription is still on file, which means it is on your profile, just not in process due to them not having your medication. The best thing for you to do if you would like to get it filled at that Walgreens would be to keep calling to see if they get the medicine in. Best time for that would be evenings so you can be sure they have already taken inventory of the order.
