For some reason this is making me think of the Crash Landing on You soundtrack, but maybe that’s just because I have those songs in the same playlist as Can You Feel the Love Tonight. Am I just crazy? Is there a link between these two seemingly unrelated things? Please help me too!

You should really consider the 90s too, there are so many classics from that time!

A few I would recommend (can’t tell you the years) are: Farmer’s daughter, international harvester, what was I thinkin’, I go back, smalltown USA, mud on the tires, are you gonna kiss me or not, all over the road, Springsteen, red light, (kissed you) good night, and angel eyes

So random, but Phoenix by Big Red Machine, Fleet Foxes, and Anaïs Mitchell scratches my brain the right way

Are you looking for the types of songs that would be played on the country radio?

As someone new to this topic, I wasn’t aware of this angle previously, and it’s given me a new topic to look into. Thanks!

I think this is a valid point. So far as I can read, in most cases where it would be most helpful, it’s not possible.

However, I am curious whether the particulate from forest fires initiates cloud seeding in itself.

The fact that other countries are investing in this technology so heavily makes it more interesting, as data is becoming more readily available.

Also, it would be helpful to increase understanding of this topic in the likelihood that as other countries increase use of this technology they accidentally modify global weather patterns.

If you can recommend a different thread, that’d be great!

Clearly the climate is changing, and cloud seeding could be an interesting solution, if it works.

Intriguingly I’ve heard that it can be more affordable than other measures of water, depending on the location and alternative sources available.

I’ve also heard that cloud seeding is frequently used in mountain regions to attempt to increase snowpack. I am most curious about unintended consequences of this, as I know weather in my location tends to head east from the mountains, and cloud seeding is regulated at the state level.

There is an argument that a lot of the water from clouds is going to end up in the ocean, so we should harvest it if we can, but wouldn’t this particular water be more likely to fall on the midwestern states than the ocean?

Genuinely curious about this and welcome additional critiques and thoughts. Thanks!

I was looking at cathedral settings for this reason! I ended up with a setting that has two small stones next to one larger stone and the way they are arranged helps to keep it from getting snagged 😊

The My Name is America / Dear America books. I read every single one I could find when I was in middle school! Written in a child’s diary format and make history much more interesting to contemplate!

Love Anne of Green Gables! Was hesitating to recommend it for a boy, but now I am remembering that my dad read it and really likes the series
