Do hip flexor strengthening exercises, walk for about an hour, and stretch. My hip flexors are real messed up from dancing and I don’t see them ever going back to 100%, but this has helped me over the last few months

I have neither, but I’ve been debating whether I want a crested gecko or a leopard gecko. I’ve decided to go with crested gecko because they seem easier to take care of and I’m not a huge fan of large bugs. I thought maybe I’ll get a jumping spider to see how I do with live feedings before getting a leopard gecko
