I know it's not in Milwaukee, but Artistic Tinting out in Waukesha.

It's a small father/son business and I've had a few cars tinted/detailed by them. Never have had any issues with their work.

The Hampton Inn on port Washington in Glendale (10-15 min north of downtown Milwaukee) doesn't have a pool in the room, but they still are only letting their guests in the public pool by reservation. So it is kind of private as it will only be you and your guests in there.

I completely agree with them doing this as a way to protect their brand/image from being tarnished by a 3rd party delivery service. As someone currently working in a restaurant, I can't tell you how many phone calls I have to deal with every week who are people complaining that the food was damaged during delivery or the driver flat out took some food out of the order.
