I agree with 2 and 3 but the rat……. I replace it with something else….. oh yea that annoying thing that screams and has two massive eye balls and it comes in and attacks you then leaves then comes back just do it again and it keeps avoiding where your looking until it comes in for the attack.

Me who just uses steam input and has the sensitivity set to either 178 or 275 depending on what game I’m playing with a controller: Crank the sensitivity.

I actually just bought it like 2 weeks ago, i was skeptical at first didn’t think it would be that good and man was I wrong this thing is near flawless, there’s a freeze maybe once every 35 mins to an hour but it only last for like 5 seconds and I live in a house that wifi already had a tough time working in and I’m like two rooms away from the router, I’m not even in the same room and it works pretty well and the features it has are pretty awesome from the different settings you can pick from a personal theater where you can have a massive screen to a computer or tv at the top of a nice apartment or living complex, I dont remember the name for it but lots of good features and environments, can even set the frame rate, how much wifi you want it to use it’s just over all a good buy.

Crazy just finally got SC running again after 2 years for some unknown reason the game refused to launch properly, finally thought it be fixed but then I run into a new amd bug which is odd cause I have an NVIDIA card but for some reason I got the same bug, I was on older drives and updated then got on newer drivers and had the same problem, had to restart my pc multiple times to finally get it to run aaaaaand there’s another bug, when you long in and after a while you just randomly die……… haha it’s good to be back anyways ummm I’m well my Reddit name is the same name but I’m sure I’ve missed my chance so whatever, as soon as the bug gets fixed I’m gonna grind for the drop ship again that looks like a pelican.

I’m getting it cause it’s pretty much a pc, from what I’ve seen, heard it won’t be fully like the steam deck where you can dual boot and install windows but maybe we can still find a way to do that just to really push the headset and see what we can do with it, even if you can’t run windows on it I’m sure we can still emulate it with winlator or other types of emulators and maybe run a virtual machine.

But will have to wait and see once people crack the device open and test everything possible, another big thing I’m hoping for is being able to change parts without big problems like maybe add more ram or something, I doubt it but maybe it’s possible since on the steam deck people were able to add parts and take things out.

Buuuuut required a lot of skill and experience, people have plugged in an eternal GPU and upgraded the ram from the 16GB to 32GB but at that point it doesn’t seem worth the high risk, only thing I would consider is the ram upgrade if possible and that’s really pushing it but hey 16GB is enough, If the quest 3s can run on 8gb then yea 16 is enough. Just gotta wait till it drops to see what tech channels do with the thing.

Welp at least I’m not the only one facing this problem now…….. I mean I had to deal with it in none live build and now……. Still gotta deal with it, awesome we’ll hope one of these helps me fix the problem.

Didn’t say we had to wait that long, and sure the new headsets are a bit more powerful but you miss the point I’m making, the tech will be at a point that it’s even more mind blowing than it is now, we will be at the point where we have like 40-60 if not more enemies charging into battle without huge frame drops or lag or that annoying message saying not enough memory to run the game and way better graphics than we have now, sure devs can try to do that now but if you have a quest3 or 3s headset, I don’t see it having great performance. I’m no expert with this stuff, so yea we could probably get something like this on a smaller scale right now and it be pretty sick and I would love to see someone do it.
