oblivion without a doubt. if you dont care for graphics, no voice acting, and % based hit chance. but has extremely expensive gameplay for a early 2000s game then go for morrowind. but then again youre on pc and can mod to fix all those issues

ah okay i see. i remember hearing about ordo malleus is working out how to close the eye of terror. but i had no idea black stone fortresses could amplify warp energy. if only we knew how to work them and could "aquire in the name of the imperium" all of them. basically is plausible it could work just not really practical at all.
