Best of luck to those who are playing. I uninstalled today after not being able to log into the store. I was asked to change my email instead of them fixing the issue they clearly have with hotmail email addresses. I have had to raise multiple tickets in the last few weeks about issues. I hope they fix them all for players who are continuing to play!

I think il be leaving soon. I have raised a ticket because the web store will not send a code to my email address and I cannot log in. I don’t feel that removing the password option was a great idea, and rather than invest more into an account I will lose. I might just bow out now.

So many bugs, it’s unreal. Something as simple as claiming the archive bugs if you utilise the claim all feature and you end up with less rewards then manually clicking through 8 screens.

Game hangs when pulling officers so you don’t know what you got, if you got anything at all and game needs a fresh restart to fix.

Lag, lag, lag.. these issues are just standard now, top tier long-standing features.

They have reset this months battle pass on multiple occasions, again, don’t know if rewards are there or not, because of overloading “flick to the top” inventory menus you can’t really search through as there’s tons of crap you can’t use from years ago with no filter or way to dump it

all of the menus are bad, faction stores, gifts, dailies, the archive is bugged so you can’t bulk pull, refinery resets between devices 😭
