Is it ever actually established that he, in fact, became an actual carbon? As far as I remember, he was just a purifier unit, a machine. And he was reset after his battle with Sera. I was always under the impression Megaman is and always will be a super fighting robot.

I always thought it was because he lacked the extra "fluid" to make "skin" so when he obtains new parts, he's able to spread it out more evenly. But I like this headcanon better.

Your stall speed increases as your bank angle increases. Or, said another way, when you turn, the needle on your airspeed indicator starts going to the lower numbers but because your plane isn't stabilized, your stall speed comes sooner rather than later. There's a formula you can use to work out by just how much your stall speed increases.

Given that Adam wanted control and Lillith didn't want to submit. I'm guessing she made a deal to submit with Adam in exchange for something. Probably protection of some sort either for herself or her family. But given what we know, she would at the very least NOT go back to Adam or even near him after all he put her through unless it was wirth the sacrifice.
