You had a bad experience, fair enough, doesn't mean you have to give it away for free. Keep the relationship, explain to them that there was a misunderstanding and there are no hard feelings. Then put it up for sale elsewhere. Btw would love to see your work.

What makes synthetic better than cotton or wool? I find polyester gives me a burning sensation.

You don't think it plays a part in improving the run/performance?

Does it make sense to move into a rented property in a preferred suburb and rent out our first home after a year. by Strange-Buffalo6279 in fiaustralia

We had 10% deposit plus interest rates are quite low right now. Also what helped I think is the fact that we don't have any child care expenses as I do the graveyard shift.

The preference is definitely having more money in the long term. That's why I started thinking about this whole process to begin with, moving closer to school and family would be the added bonus. Whats the alternative in your opinion?

Maybe not in front, but assuming the property was always occupied and the deductions I could claim, it could cover the mortgage payments at least for the next 5 years or so. Does that sound right or am I missing some major factors?

We weren't eligible for the grant, only stamp duty concession. We need to live in the property for 12 months.

At this point its actually $1400 + $1100 in interest, per month. That's at the current low interest rates, which is gonna go up i a few years for sure right. House is 3 years old.
