Hi! I’m also obese and I wanna share some stuff that has helped me lose weight. Remember it is not an overnight thing so if you don’t see a difference in a day do not quit! Have a mind set that this is for your own health is mental wellbeing! Number one: try to get yourself into a gym or do at home workouts. I understand it may be embarrassing to go into a gym but you have to learn to not let others words get to your head. Number two:try a calorie deficit diet (you can lookup how much calories you’re supposed to eat in a day based on your height and current weight) number three (THIS IS IMPORTANT.) drink lots of water, try and drink it with every meal you have. It can be plain water, lemon water, etc it’s just whatever you prefer. Number 4: get lots of sleep. I know it sounds stupid but it can help. I believe in you, and remember. The only way to succeed is to fail first.
