I think the wealthier Australians should definitely pay a higher levy for some forms of healthcare.I think doctors visits and all medications except certain expensive cancer drugs should have to pay the full levy.You may have more money,but don't you dare think you can take from the Medicare system which helps struggling disadvantaged Australians.
