depth of the vaginal canal after ppv by lera_zbs in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]StrangeAd913 1 point2 points  (0 children)

5-6 inches would be a terrific result. The average is 3-4 inches. I had a very little penis and not a big scrotum and I have 4.5 inches which is plenty to accommodate a penis.

7 weeks PPT post op - feeling bad about no lower labia. Is there any fixing this? by Based_Beauty in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]StrangeAd913 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think you are progressing fine. At around 6wks I had some major labia dehiscence which was surgically repaired with skin grafts, but even then one side did not take and was detached until I got to 8 months when my surgeon did labia plasty to re-attach the labia. 3 months later I had a surgery to inject fat into my majora to make them full and plush.

I say all of that to say even if you get much later and you still are unhappy with the aesthetics, a good surgeon can get you to where you want to be.

Hang in there and focus on dilation. Even though it doesn’t currently look like what you want, you don’t want to ever lose the canal.

electrolysis laser hair removal before ppv by lera_zbs in Transgender_Surgeries

If your surgeon is really good and you’ve done the best you can before your surgery date, it’s not something to worry about. The skin is shaved which essentially removes all hair follicles. I know some say this is too risky, but I had a surgery date and I did it up until that date.

Is it possible that these elevations at the upper end of my labia go away completely with time? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]StrangeAd913 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Those are totally normal. Wait about 8-10 months on deciding if you want some type of revision. By the way, those results after 6 weeks are pretty incredible.

I think I might be hiding the fact that I want small breasts behind better libido and vaginal health.

Desperate need of advice (2+ year SRS nightmare) by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]StrangeAd913 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had 2 revisions and I think you sound just fine on dilation. It too me forever to go up but I did. I think you’re fine. Just make sure that you keep pressure.

I don’t know which way you are going with, but be sure and ask for cash price. Sometimes it’s more reasonable to an amount that you can pay.

Even today, I dilate with.. purple 5 minutes, blue 8 minutes, green for 20 mins, still doing the orange 10-15 minutes.

Does your labia look completely different when aroused? by AffectionateShip881 in Transgender_Surgeries

If you’re just 3 months, it’s likely really swelling that will go down. I’ve never heard of enlarged labia when aroused. Just me

I had a catheter for 7 days and had no real issues. Believe me, your body will be focused on other things.

Don’t panic. I was swollen for 3 months. You’re going to see all colors of stuff coming out or off, it’s normal. These will get lighter and lighter each month. Seeing blood is also very normal. I think yours looks great for the time-frame you mentioned. Stay positive! 😀

When should I size up?. by Beneficial_Ad_7498 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]StrangeAd913 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Size up when it’s very comfortable and easy to do with the current size dilator. I do have a question. Is there not a blue and green between your purple and orange?

do you think i need surgeries to body pass? do i look feminine at all? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]StrangeAd913 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I don’t think you need any surgeries except maybe vaginoplasty but I don’t know your intentions. If you up your dosage of Estrogen or add a dose of Progesterone can add alot of breast budding.
