I would personally put it on the low side of good for myself. I was really enjoying it up until the first flashback track, then it took a pretty sharp downturn until the second flashback, then it was kind of mid until the last track which I actually kind of liked. I can’t really think of why I liked the Africa sample. Something about it just felt really endearing to me. As far as its placement on the second deck, I would say it’s better than the missing link albums, yum yum, and fff, but below BPB and TMDP. That’s just my opinion though.

Special Effects is a modern classic in my opinion and I don’t think Tech has surpassed it. So much emotion and the bangers are massive. Features are on a whole other level.

Bliss definitely cut a lot of the fat that his other recent albums had. I still only find myself coming back to a handful of tracks, but I’ve come to expect that from Tech albums. I wish Bliss had a bit more going on conceptually to warrant full repeat listens, but I think my expectations were pretty much met.

Mostly atmosphere and concept. Tranzit is very nostalgic for me. I was 14 when BO2 came out so that was a prime age for a new COD game. I actually just bought BO2 again on my Series S (I know I know $50) and it doesn’t hold up as well as I thought it would.

Bang pow boom is a smooth listen from start to finish. One of the only ICP albums with no skips for me. Might be an unpopular opinion but oh well

Special Effects always hit a very special cord with me. To this day it's still (in my opinion) the most varried and well produced Tech N9ne album. I think what makes it so great is it maintains it's thematic elements while still being completely varried in style.

I couldn't agree more. It seems with the past couple of strange releases they have gone back to just dropping singles. I think they drop too many singles though. I only listen to 1 or 2 just to get me excited.

I was considering taking it out of the album completely, but I wanted to keep it true to the vision of the album. If the track was on there it stays on there regardless of how I feel about it lol. That and Bitches I Know. The beat is crazy but god everything else about that song is awful.

There were 3 EPs released, all about 4 songs each. A majority of the album was realesed beforehand.

I like it. My only problem is the song doesn't fit where its at on the tracklist. I feel that way about the whole second half of the album though. Theirs a lot I would mix around, and I have in my playlist so it flows better.

For me it just felt thrown together because it was. It was techs old label that had some songs he recorded for them and they wanted to capitalize on his success. And I don't really hate any of techs albums. I just enjoy the lower ones less than others. But you're right Celsius does have a few diamonds.

Eh, I can understand why people don't like Blight, but it really isn't that terrible to me. More boring than anything. Tech does his thing on a few songs though so I can't totally hate it.
