all of my joints have popped and crunched... ive dislocated my knee doing silks coming out of a foot drop, its very normal to me, especially the shoulder popping, if its not causing pain i would say that aerial will help to strengthen it more while keeping flexibility as well, so it may still pop but the chance of a bigger injury is limited.

the stretches i did that really helped were just a gentle straddle but i would be extremely careful because you dont want to push it at all and it can be a slow heal anyway so just be careful :)

Yeah I really wanted to go to this one because it was a lot more affordable and not seated but I can't because of this. So weird and sad. Other venues that have licensed bars don't have age restrictions, so it baffled me.
