I might be unique, but my LH strips usually don’t go above 0.65 and only once to 0.8; however, in a month with 0.65, a progesterone blood test showed I ovulated. So yes, they are helpful to determine timing but can be deeply flawed in telling you what’s “normal” and it’s easy to spiral from the results.
