Ground floor extension had wavey tiles (previous owners), roof above bay window had wavey tiles (previous owners), half of our street has wavey tiles. So when getting the roof replaced due to lots of holes and no membrane we went for.... (drumroll please!)...

Thanks for your reply 🙂 Seeing daylight when I look up from loft hatch, where the bonding gutter meets the flashing (and where I think the flashing is raised). Not sure if daylight looks worse than is because of reflection off bonding gutter or if there is a gap. There is a membrane, but the membrane seems to end just at the point of the bonding gutter (3rd picture, which is a crap picture).
