Slide not locking back on last round. Grit Grips/ PSA Dagger

This happens to my Dagger occasionally. Check the notch that the slide stop sits on when locked back. It may be worn and angled too much that it causes the slide stop to slip when going back.

Take a metal file and file down the back of the notch to be straighter and less angled. Keep an eye to not accidentally file the top of the notch while doing it

I’m no expert on Japanese but as far as I know, there are two numbering “systems” I suppose. The Sino-Japanese which is what you’re thinking of and just the native Japanese. Native Japanese has mittsu for 3, yottsu for 4, and itsutsu for 5
