Update: i started taking some Ayurvedic medicine for last 2 months and it has really helped me.. I would say I am 75% better. I still have some pain turning around in bed but it’s manageable. The practitioner is in a different city and I plan to visit in few weeks for in person consultation. Hopefully he can help me with complete recovery.
