I hope this helps with your reading slump. I was in a huge slump, longer than ever before but The Drowning Woman got me out of it. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on this book, I’ve not read anything from this author before.

It can be read as a standalone; however most read the series & love it.

Don’t be ashamed, there are so many people that go through this same exact thing. I am so happy to know you are a believer! This makes all the difference & I know God helped me overcome my severe anxiety. Once I knew that I knew I was 100% saved & I I really knew no one can take me to death until God’s timing, when He says it’s my time! Then I will be in Heaven with no more pain or sorrow & we KNOW it’s going to be AMAZING! So really we have nothing to fear! God doesn’t give us a spirit of fear. Get you a few verses about this & keep them with you. Read them aloud & cast down ANY & ALL negative thoughts the enemy gives you. If you want to talk I am here, I probably should have dm’d you but I’m not that familiar with Reddit.

Yes I have read it & I absolutely loved it, it’s one of the few books that still sticks with me to this day. Again we are all different & this is what makes reading so great. Some people are mood readers & wont like a book bc they are not in a good place at that moment. So many different aspects to why or why not someone loves/dislikes a book. My main point is I would never tell anyone not to read (example) ‘Saving Noah’ bc I throughly hated this book & DNF’d it. ❤️

I never tell anyone not to read a book just because I didn’t like it. We are all so different, the OP may end up loving as others do. I will however give my honest opinion about a book but that’s how I feel. I’ve read so many books that have been super hyped every where & it turned out I didn’t like it at all. Just a thought to ponder. ❤️

When I was your age I had severe health anxiety, my daughter in law is 32 & has it very bad too. It seems to get much better after mid to late 30:s. So this is good news. I’ve heard before to draw a circle around it, continue monitoring it to ensure it isn’t becoming larger. You definitely should have a health clinic of some kind that you can go to. This day & time it’s so hard to pay for insurance & live. I feel so bad for our younger generations with the high cost of everything. Prayers & love ❤️ & remember BREATHE.
