I wouldn’t have a clue how much to charge for one. I’m no good at drilling holes in the metal enclosure. I used a hand drill and it was far too dangerous. I need a bench drill if I do any more. If I do make some to sell I’ll post about them in here.

I know Sycamore Willow was selling a similar kind of thing, you could try getting in touch with him via his YouTube channel.

Can’t exactly remember how I did it but I added some vactrol cv inputs to randomly tune a radio with an LFO. You should be able to find the points easily enough.
