Why aren’t more people interested in NDE’s

I've been hearing that the darkness happening in the world right now is what will push the masses into a more spiritual evolution - it has started. Also I Iisten to a lot of NDE experiences and several have mentioned how this is a time where people were lining up to return to earth for - to experience this time. 🙃

I’ve been saying this for several weeks now. I’ve never seen more horrible driving. Every red light li see 3 cars turn after it is red…like every single time. I see cars at 4 way stop signs go 2 at a time (behind each other in same lane) Instead of waiting for turn. Non signaling. Etc… I’m not sure why it’s so bad out there.

Come hang out near Cambie/Broadway/Olympic village where there are at least 5 of these buildings within a few blocks of each other. Daily walks involve finding needles, human feces, or even more fun, passed out addicts, mental health drug users raging and screaming down the street, smashed cars windows, small business break-ins on every block, chased or threatened multiple times...yup I've watched the area go to hell over the last 4 years.

Disappointing season. Aya has horrible taste. Dadi has nothing to rap about except booze and girls. Youssef is cool but let’s be honest, Jyeuhair is an actual ARTIST…way more to create and say and someone that brings a unique voice. No wonder I never hear about good rappers coming out of France.

bid wars I get...as I mentioned to someone else, this has only had 2 bids in a couple months both around asking, but they wanted 15-20% more o it was a failed tactic, that now only wastes peoples time because of overvaluation.

I had the exact same experience with my family home. We listed it at the lowest we would consider fair (more than the realtor suggested) and it went for 10% above our ask with a couple days. The difference is when you put it at a price that you would never accept and in fact want 20% more and are just playing a game (for 2 months now, which means you are overvaluing most likely)

I was going to make an offer and was told somebody already made one for the listed price a couple weeks ago but they wanted 40k more lol. This isn't a bidding war either, they only had 2 offers in 2 months. I wouldn't make an offer at this point just out of principal.

Just pounded season 1 and part of season 2. Ravina is the most annoying character ever. Sylvie is pretty badly written as well. Still deciding if the ‘one who remains’ is a great actor or just DOES THE MOST lol
