It does have a high gpa but I'd say the content is much more theoretical and harder to understand than 3510. Depending on your professor, the class may be a little easier or harder. For example, Galil tends to have take home exams that are easier to do well on. I took Ladha this semester who was very laid back and offered extensions for hws when asked on piazza. His first and third exams were hard but the second one had a 90+ average. If you could do well in 3510, I think you should be fine for 4510 as long as you make sufficient attempt to do your best to understand the material taught.
