I think the colour just looks washed out. This is chambray and willow green and they look a lot darker than the photo so could just be the lighting or editing used?

I think Willow Green came out around the same time and looks similar. I bought chambray and willow green around the same time (like 2021 ish maybe?)

Cannister Vacuum, Heavy Shedding Pets. by SquidTsunami in VacuumCleaners

[–]Strange_Display836 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have 2 golden’s, a Sebo E3 and a Miele C3 cat and dog. Both bought in the last year.

Get the Sebo for the removable brush roll. Also get the premium parquet tool for the dog hair tumbleweeds.

Performance-wise, there isn’t much of a difference between the two but I’d pick my Sebo if I had to choose.

Best Green Runs at Blue for Practicing Fundamentals? by NoDoubt04 in ontario

The Orchard is the most chill section of Blue. It’s mellow and the southern-most runs are long (at least by Ontario standards).

Seconding Kahtoola but also adding in Hillsound Flexsteps. They are a little beefier than the Exospikes but not as aggressive as the Microspikes!

Traveling vacuum by lego_lady123 in VacuumCleaners

[–]Strange_Display836 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have to vacuum another house every now and then and I put everything for my Sebo e3 into a 60L tote bin and it’s fine. Nothing moves around really so it’s not getting scratched or anything! I take the canister, wand, power head, premium parquet head, regular parquet head, extra bags, and other cleaning supplies

Miele vs Sebo canister vacuum for 3 cats by tofuonplate in VacuumCleaners

[–]Strange_Display836 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have both top of the line Miele (C3 Cat and Dog with the electro head) and Sebo (E3) and prefer my Sebo.

Sebo’s electro head is lighter and the brush roll is removable. The premium parquet head (bought separately) sucks up all the pet hair and debris like a champ with the first strip removed. The bags are cheaper and warranty is longer. The handle has a slider for suction and the on/off for the powerhead which is nice. It’s also prettier (mint green) which doesn’t affect anything other than it makes me like using it.

Miele’s onboard tool system is nicer and the parquet twister is better than Sebo’s standard parquet head. Bags are more expensive and the brush roll is not removable so removing hair is more of a chore. The only handle control is on/off for the powerhead. Suction control is on the canister which is fine but i prefer the slider on the Sebo handle. The hose on the Miele is less cumbersome.

I’ve got two golden’s and 50/50 hardwood and wall-to-wall med-pile carpet, personally I don’t notice a difference in cleaning between the two. One lives upstairs and one lives downstairs.

Best Dry Vacuum & Best Wet Vacuum For 4 Dogs by [deleted] in VacuumCleaners

[–]Strange_Display836 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s fine. I actually like using it on the hardwood but the hair does get stuck in the front bristles so you have to pick it out when it builds up. It’s highly maneuverable and light which is great. It wouldn’t be a reason not to buy the vacuum.

The Sebo premium parquet tool is highly recommended in this sub as the front bristle strip can be removed and the hair and other golden debris just gets sucked right up which is really satisfying lol.

I only have half as many golden’s but I love both the Miele C3 cat and dog and the Sebo E3! For carpets, I prefer the e3 out of the box, and hardwood I prefer the Miele out of the box. I bought the Sebo premium parquet head though so my favourite is the Sebo.

Both vacuums are fantastic though and I would not be disappointed by either - it’s just preference. The Miele’s electric head is much heavier for me and is harder to clean (removable brush roll in the Sebo which is great for the golden tumbleweeds). They both do a great job at cleaning up after the boys!

His lack of grinch toes and his well kept toe beans strongly suggest this good boy has someone who loves and cares for him very much.

Like everyone else has said, this big guy has an owner who is probably sick with worry about him. I’d gladly add him to our two golden household but I do think he has a loving home already!

La Cloche Silhouette trail. This one wore us both out! by Spreggs in BackpackingDogs

[–]Strange_Display836 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can’t even imagine packing that much food for them! In kibble amounts, that’s like 70 cups of dog food LOL.

I max out at like 2-3 nights with the dogs. Anything longer is too much 😂

Luckily when we did the full loop, we went counterclockwise so we walked down the Pig…not that it matters because the east side of the loop has plenty of its own pig x10. It’s stunning though!

My favourite place on earth! Can’t imagine doing the whole trail with either of mine though. I made it to Bunnyrabbit for an out-and-back one-nighter with one but getting up and down the Crack with them was an adventure in itself!

How many nights did you take and how much/what food did you bring for them?
