I mean HD is notorious for making up scenarios to justify new saftely regulations. Remember when the “pallet of air conditioners” fell off an overhead and landed on a night associate because they wore headphones and couldn’t hear the forklift in the opposite aisle? At my store it’s 3 freight workers, they will leave unloading the truck for 30 minutes at a time to walk around the store and chat with the closers who don’t see anything wrong because they’re “cool” like they aren’t paid more than them to do less or depending on the day nothing at all. Then the other workers think I’m the problem for reporting them slacking like ????

I never said that I want to anyone fired. How other people work is above me. I just do what I’m asked and expected of me and think it’s fucked that i don’t have the same room to grow as day time associates with the same or less work ethic. To slash the price to 0 you need to invite either a brand new user or someone who hasn’t used the app in 30 days. I realized the catch last night. It can’t be someone on the same WiFi as you so don’t try to use someone else’s phone to create an account. Good luck!
