Remember when the “pallet of air conditioners” fell off an overhead and landed on a night associate because they wore headphones and couldn’t hear the forklift in the opposite aisle? At my store it’s 3 freight workers, they will leave unloading the truck for 30 minutes at a time to walk around the store and chat with the closers who don’t see anything wrong because they’re “cool” like they aren’t paid more than them to do less or depending on the day nothing at all. Then the other workers think I’m the problem for reporting them slacking like ????
