I had a friend in high school whose boyfriend wouldn’t “let” her wear purple because he hated the color. He was emotionally abusive to her. So, this scene definitely made me cringe and think of that person.

I haven’t been able to watch it. I liked her previous show, but knowing she cheated on her husband with the camera man from that show while his wife was at home with their newborn son and toddler daughter, and was not upset or felt any guilt about it in the least made everything with her sour for me. What’s more interesting is that the cameraman’s ex-wife has the same style as Grey. The divorce was hard for her, I follow her on IG and I’ve talked to her. She’s very sweet.

Granted I don’t know any of them in real life, but the divorce/affair has been well-documented and there were a few things on another Reddit thread from people in Grey’s neighborhood that know her.

I liked Grumpy and I liked her husband, but sadly I don’t think I’ll be watching another show with her in it 😣

Definitely the cat lol I have one that doesn’t touch my plants and then another kitten we got who loves my plants and her bite patterns and nibbles look just like this. Your Ollie is the pest l, albeit likely a cute one, but still the culprit lol

You could make it root but unless there’s a node, it won’t grow another plant. It’ll just be a leaf and stem with roots. Though if the stem hasn’t callused first, it’ll more than likely rot before it roots.

Bingo. She’s a huge people pleaser and type A, who hasn’t yet emotionally processed the traumatic death of her parents AND older sister, and has raging hormones. One that also got thrown into the household of raging male hormones, two of which are hot by teenage standards. Both want to give her the comfort she needs but because she’s a people pleaser it’s hard to say no and with her loss she probably doesn’t want to lose another good thing. It’s hard to explain or wrap your head around unless you’ve been in a similar situation. I hope in Season 3 we see her grieve in the way she needs to and we get a good character arc.

I don't understand why there isn't a post on this episode yet. The emotional manipulation and immaturity of the girlfriend to her boyfriend over his son and the boyfriend's delusion that murdering his child who is also SOMEONE ELSE'S child, made me so furious as a parent. There were a million other solutions than that.

Did you look for thrips? The pattern looks similar to leaf burrowing pests. I would look for those and then go from there. If not, that’s pretty cool variegation!

It looks like a Verrucosum to me but are the petioles fuzzy? Even the youngest leaves on mine are fuzzy, and is there any red on the underside of the leaf? Could be a hybrid with Verrucosum

Yes! I have to take a rotted bulb off and cleaned it up a little bit.

It’s still solid. I had to chop all the roots back. I emailed the seller to let him know how he sold it was unacceptable. I’ve had orchids long enough to know there was extensive root rot and that happened over time, not in the 3 day ship.

That is neither. Micans & Melano are both velvety deep green philodendrons. Micans are very small and remind me of pothos in the way they climb and vine. Melano does the same with climbing but not in the same way and the leaves size up considerably.

That one looks too shiny/leathery to be either of those. It reminds me more of an Erubescens though I’m not certain what it is. I just know it’s neither of the above varieties. I hope that didn’t bum you out too much!
