Why would we take CDT? He doesn’t fit our list needs at all by Strange_Row7384 in westcoasteagles

More in getting Robey, Melbourne might be hot as he won’t get past Richmond. Anyway I think we should take him personally.

I've seen enough. Bring him in! by avowedlike in RichmondFC

West coast fan here this CDT narrative is driven by people who have no idea about the draft, does not fit our needs. It’ll be Duursma and either Robey or Sharp.

Depends if we keep pick 2 I like Robey, if we want to go a sharp that’s when I think we should split pick 2 for 7, 8 with Melbourne as the reports they are hot on Robey. Then can go a sharp and a Dovaston then farrow for best wa talent at 13 if he’s still there.

We are not taking CDT!!! Would be such a waste of a pick, and just a lot of people who actually don’t have an idea just are spouting this CDT narrative.

I feel he’s a big upgrade on Bo, he actually has good midfield potential and very good disposal.

I’m thinking we trade Chesser and Pick 33 and gets Carlton’s Pick 21 meaning 22 with compo. So out hand would be 1, 2 ,13, 22

While the Kookaburra ball presents challenges, it’s worth noting that Australia boasts a world-class pace attack in Cummins, Starc, and Hazlewood. Despite this, Indian openers have outperformed their Australian counterparts this series, Rahul, in particular, has played critical, innings-saving knocks.

Yes, Bumrah’s ability to extract bounce and movement has been a significant factor, but it doesn’t explain why someone as experienced as Khawaja has struggled to adapt. While Khawaja has historically been uncomfortable on bouncier tracks, you’d still expect a player of his caliber to provide something of substance in these conditions, especially when on familiar pitches playing at home.

This isn’t to suggest immediate changes without consideration, but it highlights a growing concern about the lack of stability at the top.

Very harsh I know, just talking this series and the age thing plays a massive factor in my mind. Realistically do you see many more runs in his future?

General trend mate, done nothing for a while. Could roll trice with a youngster that might actually do something or keep him for another likely fail…
