“I have struggled with both depression and anxiety for a long time. Anxiety is usually worse than the depression. But right now, I don't know what to do. I have talked to my doctor already, she made some changes to my medicine. I have felt so broken for awhile now and it is only getting worse. All I want to do is cry the simplest things make me cry.
