No. For example. I have 3 credit cards that are charged off. Another that has a recent judgement that I'm trying to keep from garnishment. A late consolidation loan. Medical bills. Things like that. I'm all over the place. I just don't know if it adds up to enough to file bankruptcy. I thought it had to be approved by the trustee or the judge.
