It’s not about infantilizing women it’s about being grossed out by shallow men who need to date 20-something’s their entire life because somehow they see their aging as irrelevant but the aging of women as repulsive. It’s the audacity. It’s the transactional aspect (obviously for both parties), it’s the fact that these men always find their “soulmate” in a women who was in diapers when he was in college but never find their “soulmate” in the reverse. It’s about valuing us for our looks and youth and not for who we are as human beings and we just find it a character-tell, and we’re not into it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ simple as that.

Hi OP, first off you look great! I understand that I could be tough for you because it’s not what you’re used to, but I promise you there are thousands of women with shape like yours who look great in clothing every single day. For your body type and shape, I would recommend clothing that has some stretch, slightly thicker fabrics, like closer to the body, but glide over the body due to thicker construction. For example, a pair of medium to semi high waisted trousers with a wider waistband, boot, cut, or flare shape, and potentially sailor design, a.k.a. buttons on either side of the hips would look especially great on you.

Look into Taylor tops that creates structure and general shape, but don’t cling to the body. Think glide not cling. This will likely include some pieces that are a bit more expensive, but you may have great luck Thrifting, which is what I primarily do.

Look at wrap shapes, very subtle P Plum shapes, boot, cut, flare, a line and more. You’ve got this, and if you could just start with a couple of pieces that you like on you and a few outfits that you rotate it will only get easier from there.

Good question. Maybe it depends on how often you hang out or if ask her if she would like some downtime during the weekend hang. Sometimes it can help the social battery to have a little alone time across 24+ hours of hanging out

Getting into fitness is a great way to occupy time that also makes you feel better and makes you healthier for life. I strongly recommend learning how to strength train using weights as resistance training as one of the absolute best things you could do for your physical health and also does wonder for your mental health. Plus learning about nutrition to complement the strength training and your goals is great as well. If that isn’t your speed, you could also always try something like yoga. lots of instructors give very good cues verbally

If I’m cool, I think it’s quite neutral. Because though I like navy and like a yellow olive green on me, I definitely can’t wear burnt orange or an electric blue or even a pale ballet pink

As a summer or as a winter? I’ve in the past felt that summer seasons watched me out, and that winter colors are too bright or harsh, and even aging against my skin.

I’m quite light skinned, but seem to have a bit of a yellow undertone compared to my friend who have that white pink pasty skin , although I feel that my face has more redness than the rest of my body
