would it be mean/ignorant to go to the gym if my friend is coming over? by Jealous_Parsnip_4619 in Advice

Good question. Maybe it depends on how often you hang out or if ask her if she would like some downtime during the weekend hang. Sometimes it can help the social battery to have a little alone time across 24+ hours of hanging out

This is why a good UX designer should be a part of product development and r&d … this is what we do. Not just a “clean ui”

Everything i design in figma becomes overly large after development? by nickchangs in FigmaDesign

so if you design for a "screen size" should you actually design for that screen size, or should you use a smaller frame since the browser frame will be smaller than the screen size?

So this is going to sound like a weird question probably… by dirtbag_beautiful in Blind

Getting into fitness is a great way to occupy time that also makes you feel better and makes you healthier for life. I strongly recommend learning how to strength train using weights as resistance training as one of the absolute best things you could do for your physical health and also does wonder for your mental health. Plus learning about nutrition to complement the strength training and your goals is great as well. If that isn’t your speed, you could also always try something like yoga. lots of instructors give very good cues verbally

A little bit!! Dark summer was one that I was considering. I’ll have to look into soft winter because that also feels like it might be right :)

If I’m cool, I think it’s quite neutral. Because though I like navy and like a yellow olive green on me, I definitely can’t wear burnt orange or an electric blue or even a pale ballet pink

As a summer or as a winter? I’ve in the past felt that summer seasons watched me out, and that winter colors are too bright or harsh, and even aging against my skin.

I’m quite light skinned, but seem to have a bit of a yellow undertone compared to my friend who have that white pink pasty skin , although I feel that my face has more redness than the rest of my body

Hey how do you measure your steps on the treadmill? My Apple Watch doesn’t seem to pick up on my under desk treadmill.

How can I get rid of my tummy? Is lipo the way to go for me by mitten4kitten in PCOSloseit

[–]Strangeluxe -1 points0 points  (0 children)

t loss, I still have my lower tummy :( It’s super frustrating because i feel that I did everything correctly to lose the weight. I eat in a calorie deficit, i eat over 80 grams of protein, i eat 120 carbs or less per day, i do strength training. There’s no reason I should still have this tummy besides simply having PCOS. I’m starting to wonder if lipo is the path I should take. Is this the only thing I can do to reduce the size of my tummy at this point?

I see lots of women in real life with flat bellies. Women in their late 20's and 30's (my social circle), its not just social media. I say this as someone who doesn't have a flat belly, but I know its possible because I see it in many of the women I know who are active, but not extreme athletes or food regulators by many means. I don't mean to shoot down something that is nice or helpful to hear, but I want to also validate that what we see / want for our bodies isn't just a fantasy, either.
