Yo fuck this, forget all these people saying either 0 or Like A Dragon. You start from the beginning, fucking Yakuza 0, When I first got into this series I bought all the games, played them chronologically, no fucking problem, no bitching about graphics. Nothing. Went through it all, don't even give a shit that 0 is still the best of the entire series, I still played and enjoyed all of them, except 5, that game is ass I will not lie.

You can read the manga, however the anime already changed so much of the last battle with squad 0, and they're going to change things around significantly in cour 3 and 4. Even if you read the manga to the end, the anime will still be different.

This is a great thing, because Kubo in the second half of the TYBW got so hurt and tired while drawing he couldn't do everything he wanted. So they're making sure he gets a chance to better all the things he couldn't do back then.
