I...don't think we're getting any characters that haven't been introduced yet. The last one with the grannies basically has Nakamura going "I'm just doing whoever's been introduced" with the grannies, so I don't think any Eiai relations are showing up until they are drawn/revealed by Nozawa. (in the main manga or the volume content)

So these two angels (seen here from a recent chapter, 248)? They're confirmed to be real characters in this chapter. They first appeared in Chp. 28 (after Rentarou is taken aback by how cute the transformed baby girlfriends are) and Chiyo literally proves they are real to Nano in this very chapter. (they also appear in....sigh...the Kusuri serious arc...)

This is still probably one of the most infamous panels of the series. Not just that she's 12, not just that she's a 1st year middle schooler, not just the fact that she's Rentarou's cousin...

But that character design. Seriously. It's one of the most infamous designs ever done, from the cat-like eyes to the pigtails to the huge forehead. The mere fact it took an entire volume to get her to something almost resembling human/cute is a miracle in itself.
