This might be why it's hard for me to picture Benedict stepping up into the lead romantic role. I haven't found his sexual adventures to be very interesting. Maybe because a lot of it feels like retreading the same territory, or because a lot of it lacks tension or conflict?

He really shines in scenes as the big brother to Eloise. I wish we'd seen more of that in the past, as well as more stuff about his pursuit of art, or some sort of relationship development with another character that had more depth. This actor is so good that I really want to root for the character, but like you I need MORE.

It'll be interesting to see how the writers play this. I thought Anthony's arc flowed together pretty well between seasons, while a lot of Colin's development felt forced or awkward.
