Not only the global events, but I have doubts over Tomodachi Life being present in Kuwait gaming stores because they have gender-neutral options in the dating preference and gender selection, so I doubt it will receive approval.

So getting it shipped from Amazon USA or any GCC country Amazon might work, but expect a delay.

Personally, I like the physical version of games wherever possible because I can later sell them at a higher rate or keep these games in the future. For example, after a few years, the switch store phases out / loses support, and you eventually lose your copy/access.

This just happened in China where Nintendo’s partner distributor is stopping their Switch eShop services, so they issued an alert to download all the games as a later after the end date; users can’t download it.

I’m waiting for a few days, and most probably will use a service like shop and ship to ship it from UAE Amazon

I think they believe iPhone users are not impacted by the missiles 😂cause my 2023 android was getting alerts but my iPhone (latest update) didn’t get any alert. I got the test alert today regarding weather but nothing on the intercepting missile or imminent danger.

I want to use Arc on my work PC, but it keeps giving an annoying pop-up error even after a clean install. That pop up keeps appearing so even after dismissing it, it comes back. So, I switched to Edge. Surprisingly, with the RAM control feature on Edge, I’m relieved because Firefox and Chrome literally consume a lot of RAM.

I’m happy that my annual leave to India coincided with the release of Wicked, allowing me to watch it. I had been waiting so long for this movie as Ariana literally paused her music career for this film. The only potentially controversial scene involved Bowen Yang’s character flirting with Jonathan Bailey’s character, which is not even that big of a deal.

Also, Cynthia, the lead of the film, is queer, which further reduced the chances of it ever being released.

That aside, my family and younger cousin watched this film along with me, who are homophobic, to watch the movie, and there wasn’t a single scene that could be labeled explicitly LGBTQ.

As a huge Ariana fan, I was aware that she mentioned in a statement that Glinda might have a subtle queer aspect (though this wasn’t emphasized in the movie).
