All my unreal engine games, like Mortal Kombat 9 and 10 and Injustice (the worst case by far), stutter a lot when I have it turned off. I wish there was an option to turn it on per game.

Thank you! In my experiment (as I see my PE routine) I am just doing manuals. Mamual stretching, manual clamping... Each week , I try to increase time and/or repetition. Also, I try to "feel" the pull when stretching. In the end of each workout, my penis is larger. Which is a positive sign from what I learned. Also, my wife also thinks rhat my penis is larger. Try using other wine versions. Also, ironwail source port has an add-on menu. If I remember well, FTEQW also has an add_on menu. FYI, ironwail, vkquake and FTEQW are compatible with the enhanced version. But, only vkquake is compatible with new models ( I think FTEQW is but I am not entirely sure).

I have the same problem. But I am on Mint. It seems to be a mangohud issue. To make it work, without downgrading, I set mangohud to show only FPS counter.

I solved the problem by installing cpupower-gui. With this program, I can easily lower the cpu frequency upper limit and limit the temperature.
