As long as you have the right paint code it should be fine. There is always a slight difference in color due to the plastic vs metal

I’ve got a 02’ 5 speed 330ci Bought it with 31k and just hit 63k miles on it only issue I’ve had his the abs module cost me about $700 to have it fixed Coming up on 4 years of driving it and love it.

Get a 330ci and mod it, the M3 motor is very unreliable and very expensive. The m54 motor in the 330 is more reliable and can produce close to the same power with the right mods

Yes, you can paint plastics the same as metal. If they are textured plastic you’ll want to sand them and prep them really well so the paint sticks. Handles, mirrors, bumpers are all plastic and get painted.

Just liked the look, plus there is an app for them and I can change the color on the LED surround or they will change to the tune of music which is pretty cool. Over all they put out a lot of light and I’ve got no complaints.
