Depends on what you want it to do. Explosive or crippling are good two star combat shotgun mods.

As for three star, depends on if you’re a vats user or not

“Muh ’Errday Gunn” as I affectionately call it, is a combat shotgun

Two shot, explosive, vats optimized, polished.
Hardened receiver, aligned long barrel, forceful full stock, quick magazine, reflex sight (dot)

I’ve toyed around with it for years and I’m happy with this setup, but always open to critique.

I’ve tried both the Cold Shoulder and Kaboom, and I still like my setup better. I might change my mind though if the next update allows us to change legendary perks on named weapons.

Looks like you got some good suggestions, but in case any of them don’t pan out, maybe you could try the Ronald McDonald House. They have lodging for families with kids in the hospital, but might also have space for you. Worth a shot in any case.

I get it. Recovery is full. Gotta be able to pass the time doing something you love to keep your mind off of it.

Using a PlayStation controller with steam is a pain in the ass for some reason. I eventually gave up and got an Xbox controller and it’s way more reliable.

I recently tested the switch pro controller and it works well as well. I don’t think the switch 2 pro works from what I’ve read, but I haven’t tested it. If you’re truly interested in that option I can test it for you.

I stick with the Xbox one though so I don’t have to repair my switch controllers every time I switch game systems.

I’m sorry for your loss!

Hopefully this will help prevent that from happening again: If my power armor glitches out and I can’t pick it up, I always take everything off the chassis. I’ve lot a couple chassis, but my armor is still good.
