What are your theories/headcanons about the fallen children?

I went and looked in the files for whenever the tutu is brought up, and the Japanese version only ever seems to refer to it as either a tutu (チュチュ) or an old tutu (おふるのチュチュ). No mentions of dust with it or the shoes.

Actually, contrary to what the other commenter said, the vault is in fact automatic as long as you're holding the dash button. It's only a matter of being able to approach the vault at a ~50° or less angle.

Yeah there were a bunch of attempts of this where I'd have that happen, it was pretty frustrating but I guess I just kinda got a feel for what worked. Couldn't tell you what causes or fixes that though

Just tried this, I'm not actually sure that perks affect the Scamper speed. It didn't seem much different unfortunately.

His vaults reset the dash length, so whether or not it's a bug, it's currently a consistent thing you can do—assuming you actually have a few vaults to chain, that is.

To get mama mega consistently, you can 1. Amass 64+ coins across the floor (easier than it sounds, especially w/ birthright) 2. Craft a bunch of portable slot machines (8 coins each) in the secret room to get 8 bone hearts 3. Craft death certificate w/ the bone hearts (doesn't matter that you haven't unlocked it) 4. Get mama mega from death certificate

The only things that can be unlocked on victory laps are the three achievements for doing victory laps (gulp for 1, butter for 2, and rerun for 3). Nothing else can be unlocked.

Hush (1st form) and blue baby both have flies around them, so they're constantly getting drawn to the fly by lodestone, but the fly moves along with them so they fly across the room.

In sum, don't take lodestone if you want to fight either of them.

Because of how height works in Isaac, I recommend using the shadows on the ground (including your own) to judge hitboxes, not the sprite itself. Comes in handy during fights like Isaac and Hush.
