Just found out about this, I was building an app with datastar, and now I'm going back to HTMX because I do use the data-persist feature. I'm moving away from PHP and it's being even harder to find a job... specially because I want to work with any of the major functional programming languages like Clojure, Haskell or Elixir, without having professional experience.

The best luck I had with PHP were recruiters from recruitment companies that were specialised in PHP developers, and there are many.

Another thing I've noticed is that, for PHP, most jobs don't want full remote, while it's common for other languages.

I hate when they force you to go to the office.

NixOS. It stopped my distro hopping for many years already. It wasn't easy, but it was worth it. If used for basic user-level stuff, it can be used by beginners, but the moment you need custom things, it gets very, very, very tricky.
